she had only been in New York for five days now and she had fallen in love with it.

She was an artist and her American agent had set up an exhibition of her work there.He was mainly based in London where she came from but he had an office and a flat in the city where he was born.He had seen her work at the art school she was attending at that time in London and had been impressed by it and also her love of art.To her art wasn't work it was sheer pleasure.She had been eighteen at that time that he first saw her work. A friend of his who was a tutor at the school had shown him some of it and seeing the talent that she had asked her if she would like him to be her agent.

She had been suprised and also delighted that he would do that for her as he was well known in his field of work and he was a man who was respected.

She put her whole self into her work,so much so that she was still a virgin. She wasn't prepared for any other commitments as she poured out all her emotions into her art. She was now twenty five and had come a long way since leaving art school. She had had her first exibition of her work in a small gallery in Bond Street when she was twenty one and from then on her career had taken off and now her agent thaught it was a good idea to have an exibition in New York to further her career.
