Cum Girl's Faerie Tales: Introduction

You do believe in faeries don't you? You really should because they are all around us; hidden in our cultivated gardens, in the hedgerows trailing alongside country lanes, amongst bluebell fields beneath canopies of leaves, meeting in woodland clearings under the pale light of the moon to sing and dance and play.

They are nature's children; simple and uninhibited, sullen and proud, wistful and mercurial, playful and mischievous. There is no way to know a faerie's mood. In fact, if you asked her she would not understand the question. They simply are, and like the wind they can blow one way or another, like the sun they can be hot or cold and like the rain they can ... well I don't think that rain provides a suitable analogy.

All faeries are female. There are no male faeries. Does that surprise you? It shouldn't. Many artists have communed with faeries and plenty have captured their image. And if I ask you what a faerie looks ...
