Audra leapt to her feet and desperately tried to locate a heavy object with which to defend herself against the person who had just burst through the front door.

"Honey, I am so sorry", panted a breathless Rhiona. "Had car problems then discovered that my mobile's battery is out."

Relieved that it wasn't a robber come to attack her Audra grinned at the woman whose house she had been "baby-sitting" for the last eight hours.
