Jet Lag.

I had been travelling round America and Europe for almost a month without a break and to be honest I was knackered. Plane to hotel, hotel to meetings, meetings to hotel, hotel to plane and then to another country, I mean how long can you go without some R & R.

It was just as well I was a single guy without any ties. I had finished with my latest girl just before this onslaught of trips and that finished because of my excessive travelling.

Being a top executive is not all what it's cracked up to be. Yes it is true to say there are benefits of a great salary, fast cars and a beautiful home but mentally and physically it drains the life out of you sometimes.

It was during one of those times I found myself staying in a small hotel in the East of England. It was a seaside town with all the usual trappings associated with it such as amusement arcades, nightclubs and pubs on every corner.

Needless to say most of these places were full of guys and girls who dressed like they were 25 but were actually only 16 or 17, the establishment owners didn't give a damn as long as they raked the money in. ...
