Billie is soo in love with her. Kathy is his brother's girlfriend and she ignores him completely. He shares a condo with his brother; actually share is the wrong word; it's his condo. He makes the mortgage payments, plus condo fees and once in a while his brother Frank will kick in a hundred bucks. Billie works for HI-TECH COMPUTERS so he does make a lot more money than his brother, who is a part time bartender at the Moon Glow Club.
