Haley always thought her friend's father was attractive, but at the time she was just a kid. Now, she's grown and thought she would stop by for a quick visit.

Dear Diary, It seems like so much has happened in just a few years.. Yesterday was my birthday, I can't believe that I am actually 13!!! We had the typical cake and ice cream party. Ashley, Lizabeth, Carrie, and Tiffany came over for the party. Truthfully, the best part of the afternoon was having Lizabeth's dad give me a big hug and a kiss on the cheek. Mr. Peyton is beautiful. Lizabeth rolled her eyes when her dad got out of the car, but I was sooooo excited. I couldn't wait to see what he got me. He had told me that he was bringing me a surprise. Of course, truth be told.. He told me that it was from him and Mrs. Peyton, but that doesn't matter I know deep down it came from him.. He got out of the car and gave me a purple gift box. I opened it and inside lay a gold heart bracelet. Lizabeth got one just like it for her birthday a few months back. She said now we could be twinkies!!! Ha ha.. Then, Mr. Peyton gave me a big hug and then he KISSED ME.. On the cheek of course.. But what a kiss.. It was AMAZING!!!!! Luv, Me ~~~ 2013 Another year of ups and downs. I finally had a degree in Psychology and had opened up my own practice in a much bigger town and had come home to get all of my things cleared out of my parent's house. They had decided that since their daughter was old enough to pay rent, they were getting old enough to sell the house I grew up in, and move into a condo on the beach. I suppose it's only practical that I introduce myself. You see, I am Haley Worthington and I have a habit about documenting my life. I don't know if I feel that this will be prosperous in the future or what not, but I've been telling my life's story for years through journals/diaries what have you.. I had found an old diary cleaning up my closet and that's where I got the above passage. I won't ever forget that day, because that day is the day that changed the rest of my life. ~~~~~ I shook my head, and smiled to myself. Mr. Peyton.. Wow..
