MBA 01

As Janet left the stage holding her money and clothes she returned to the dressing room wondering for the first time in years how she got to this point in her life.

Ten years earlier Janet waved goodbye to her parents as the bus pulled away from the station. Eighteen and off to The State College two hundred miles away her stomach was churning over.

This was her first time away from home. She made it to college and got checked in being assigned a room in a coed dorm. Janet met and liked her roommate Sara and they hit it off right away.

Sara was a sophomore just like Janet even though she was a year older. Sara had to work for a year to be able to pay the tuition.

They had been going to classes for about a month when Janet finally asked where Sara went every weekend.

"Well I still work on the weekends to get the tuition money for next year. I'm not sure I would make enough in just the summer".
