Q. How long have you been publishing at ES?

A. Almost 11 years.

Q. What and when was the first story you published here?

A. In 2003 I wrote The Law School Learning Curve. It was my first attempt, and hit me as I studied in the law library.

Q. How many stories have you published since then?

A. I have published 12 total.

Q. What was your most recent one?

A. My most recent is called A Taste For Change. It will be my first attempt at true series. I have done some short two or three part stories before, but this series I intend to develop for a while. I am hoping there are some foodies out there like me. I find the preparation and taste of food to be very giving, inviting, and even erotic.

Q. Why so long between publishing stories?

A. I truly have to be in a certain mode to write. I am always reading and fantasizing, but writing the story is different. I never want to force a story.

Q. Now, is there anything you'd like to tell us about yourself?

A. I am an attorney and married.

Q. How and when did you begin writing erotic stories?

A. I started reading them in college, and began writing shortly after.

Q. Have you published anywhere other than ES.com?

A. No

Q. What is it about writing erotica that you most enjoy?

A. I love the endless possibilities in writing. There are no boundaries. I can make a character say and do what I wish, and hopefully what the reader desires them to do.

Q. What is your favorite category to write in, and why?

A. I seem to be drawn to the workplace alot. Perhaps because we spend so much time there. We see these people as much or ore than our families. So it makes sense to me that our physical need for satisfaction will draw from the most available source.

Q. How much of yourself do you include in your stories?

A. I think there is a bit of me in every story. Some more than others. For a writer to connect with a reader, I think the writer needs to take chances and let the walls down a bit. To be honest, my writing is a form of exhibitionism. I have desires and I write them out for all to see. That's part of the enjoyment of this type of writing.

Q. Does your partner or any of your friends know that you write? What do they think?

A. She does not know. But we are very open in the bedroom, so if I ever tell her I don't think it would surprise her.

Q. What, if any, difficulties do you face when writing erotica? And how do you overcome them?

A. I sometimes struggle with how much character development to get into. The reader must care, or know something about the character who is about to get ravaged. But too much development, and you lose some readers.

Q. How about in more general terms - how do you feel about the "outside world"'s perception of erotic writing?

A. I'm not sure many are aware of it on this level. By that I mean, they know about the paperbacks their grandmother's used to read, but I'm not sure they know it can get to this level. This level as far as writing creativity and competency and as far as sexual enlightenment.

Q. One thing that I love about ES is that you very quickly build up a community of fans, who enjoy writing to and hearing from their favorite authors. Do you have any favorite topics that have surfaced in these "conversations"?

A. I Love to hear feedback, good and bad. I like to know my dirty mind had a hand in what your hand was doing.

Q. How do you feel when you receive negative comments or very low votes from readers?

A. It bothers me when I get low votes and no feedback. If you give a low vote, tell me why. Those who have given feedback on lower votes usually offer me a perspective I hadn't considered. It's good for a writer to hear critical information.

Q. Do you read, and respond to, other writers on the site?

A. I try to vote and I do occasionally give feedback. I am going to try and be more diligent about the feedback in the future.

Q. Do you remember the first pornography you ever saw?

A. Like so many children of the 90s, I recall sitting at the TV after school and watching scrambled pornography through the cable box. What I remember most was that it wasn't the visual that pushed me to climax, but rather the sounds of the actors and my visualization of what was happening.

Q. What's the kinkiest thing you have ever done?

A. fellow student and I played with ourselves in the library. She watched me as I came all over the floor and then she gave me her soaked panties when she was done.

Q. Do you have any fantasies that you would like to fulfill?

A. I am interested in multiple partners. Guys or girls.

Q. What is a major turn on for you during sex?

A. I like a foul mouth on a partner.

Q. How about a major turn off?

A. If there is any lack of confidence in a partner, it can be contagious and cause me to be self conscious.

Q. How do you feel about same sex relationships, both personally and as a writer?

A. Personally they don't bother me and I have written about some bi play. I don't write about same sex relationships though. I have no frame of reference. So what I do write about is usually only sexual in nature.

Q. Do you explore these feelings, positive and negative in your stories?

A. I do explore them. I love anal play. Both on my partner and on me. So it has led me to be curious about being with a man. What's odd is that I have no desire to be in a relationship with a man, or hold hands with a man, or even kiss a man. But I do have urges to fuck and get fucked by a man. I guess there is a distinction. I don't want to make love to a man, like I would my wife or even another woman. But I could see myself fucking a man. So these desires show up in a few of my stories.

Q. How long does it take for you to write a story? Could you talk us through the process?

A. I usually write a story in a single sitting, but may take longer depending on length. I choose a setting first. Where is this taking place? Then I know what type of characters will be in that setting from a demographic point of view. While making these choices, there is always a small voice in my head reminding me of the hook or the climax of the story from a sexual perspective. So if I have long sloppy blow jobs on the brain, the setting I choose will be with that in mind. Then I decide who is receiving this wonderful mouthwatering blow job and from whom.

Q. What do you think is the best story you have published here?

A. I Love the series I am starting to write now. It is some of my best writing, although the first installment was mostly set-up. But if I was forced to pick just one, it might be Nice Getaway. It has a couple of different sexual encounters, it has a milf and a teen, some outdoor sex, some public shower sex, and some chivalry to boot.
