OLDGUYFL INTERVIEW

OldGuyFL has been a member of the ES family since 2001, when he told us the story of "Donnie" - an edit, he says, "from an e-mail my wife sent me while she was away for 2 years in Graduate School in the 90s. I tried to post it on Literotica, but they refused it three times. Various issues of forum, not the story. The other two early ones were also stories she sent me in the early 90s when I got plagued with ED, back before anyone knew what it was or what to do about it. I just reworked them to fit the required format.

"Then in 'Short But True Story,' at my insistence (but with her agreement), she tried to find a fuck buddy. The guy she picked turned out to be a dud and turned her off the subject probably forever. But the first time she got with him I knew it was coming, but not when. She came home late and went into her office and wrote a brief description of what happened. Then a few days later, she had the second and last encounter. I lost the thing she wrote so I rewrote the whole story myself in 2008."

ES: How many stories have you published since then?

OGF: Since these original ones, I have recently written eleven more, counting the ten part series "Grad School Wife" as one.

ES: And that was your most recent one, wasn't it. Now, is there anything you'd like to tell us about yourself?

OGF: I am in my mid-seventies, retired for 10 years. Waiting for my wife to retire soon. Grew up in a fairly repressed family environment as least as far as sex was concerned. Married several times, with ex being a true slut wife and current wife an at least one time shared wife.

"Ex-wife and I started our adventures as Hefner was writing his Philosophy. Her first date with a much older client got me going in the venue. From what I have read and felt, I would say that being on the husband end of that is probably a lot like taking cocaine from the point of view of the thrill and then looking for it again and again. Have read erotic stories most of my life, especially while my wife was away at school. Some videos are OK but I like using my imagination with written words much better. Went to a strip joint in New Orleans once and that did that venue for me.

ES: How and when did you begin writing erotic stories?

OGF: I really started when I decided to write a story about a visit my wife had from a consultant. We took him out to dinner and she wore what we called her "Melones" dress. Showing off her melons, so to speak. The next day he told her he had trouble sleeping because of that dress! It is mentioned in the "Fix It Please" story. I just decided to write what I wished had happened. One thing led to another, and I wrote three stories about that consultant.

ES: Have you published anywhere other than ES.com?

OGF: I had some on Literotica, but only have two there now. I got tired of the rude and crude comments, and people wishing that me and my wife die horrible deaths and go to hell or some other bad place.

ES: You do hear some colorful comments there. It seems to attract a lot of people who feel so guilty about enjoying themselves that they have to then attack everything else they see there. How do you feel when you receive negative comments or very low votes from readers?

OGF: Negative comments are fine, name-calling ones are not. Worst one I ever got on ES was about a story that had a bit of male male contact of a cuckold nature. Writer said, "Not my cup of tea." As opposed to "I hope you both die and go to hell." Or being called a faggot or worse on Literotica.

ES: I must admit I do enjoy sneaking a little male-male contact into the occasional story - because for everyone who does, as you say, mention that it's not his cup or tea, there'll be others who will admit its actually one of their favorite fantasies, and that always thrills me. What is it about writing erotica that you most enjoy?

OGF: Being able to live out my fantasies, at least on "paper." Based on my ratings, I guess I do OK with my stories. I like them short and sexy also. I do not like 18 part stories. I just don't have time to read them.

ES: How do you feel about same sex relationships, both personally and as a writer?

OGF: I have no problem with them, just not interested in writing about it. Several times in my distant past, I was in group situations after inhaling. I always thought that, in the right situation. I could see me taking some part in male to male activity if nothing more than putting his cock in my partner or something like that. Although straight male to male has no interest to me.

ES: Do you explore these feelings, positive and negative in your stories?

OGF: If you mean the same sex feelings I have used some cuckold ideas and some lesbian, but never make a judgment about it.

ES: What is your favorite category to write in, and why?

OGF: Slut Wives, although I would call it Shared Wives. Why... because I have lived it. I have played around in interracial and BDSM also, but I would say it has to involve my wife.

ES: How much of yourself do you include in your stories?

OGF: Well, my wife is the inspiration for them, or at least her as she was when we first met. I find that I like writing from the wife's perspective, though I really don't know what that would feel like. I'm sure I also include hints from many of the stories I have read over the years. Not directly but in general.

ES: What is the strangest place you have ever had sex?

OGF: Ex and I honeymooned on a barrier island resort. Down the beach some way, there was a pine forest. We were horny all the time, and took a blanket in there and had sex. It was erotic and you could hear people walking by, which made it more exciting.

"We went to leave by the same route we came in. There are these things called sand spurs, that are like little land mines. It was so bad coming out that we were throwing the blanket out ahead of ourselves to walk on, clearing an area to stand on and throwing it again. When we got back to the hotel we must have spent an hour getting them out of our feet. We could never figure out how we got in there in the first place without stepping on them. Maybe we were so horny we were not touching the sand on the way in!"

ES: Ouch! Is there anything that happens in your stories that you would really like to try in "real life", but haven't yet been able to?

OGF: Perhaps the BBC thing. My wife tried it when she was young, and was not that impressed, but the image of it is appealing to me.

ES: Does your partner or any of your friends know that you write? What do they think?

OGF: I showed my wife two of the stories I wrote recently, "The Janitor" and "The Date." She was weak on "The Janitor," but liked the date one and thanked me for writing it. She knew who the men were, because it came from people she has talked about. Not in a sexual way though.

ES: What, if any, difficulties do you face when writing - erotic writing difficulties and general writing difficulties? And how do you overcome them?

OGF: I got weak on "Grad School Wife" after seven parts, but a couple of days later it came back. I had a job once where I had to write between 50 and 100 letters a day, and while the subject was the same I had to make each one a little different. That has helped me in all my writing.

ES: How about in more general terms - how do you feel about the "outside world's perception of erotic writing?

OGF: I think it probably depends on what religion they practice. We were Southern Baptist, so bad perception but other people not so much. Like masturbation, erotic stories were bad and a first class ticket to hell!

ES: One thing that I love about ES is that you very quickly build up a community of fans, who enjoy writing to and hearing from their favorite authors. Do you have any favorite topics that have surfaced in these "conversations"?

OGF: Since my profile picture is my wife in the late 80s, I get a lot of offers to help me live out my fantasy. That is fun to hear, but I can't think of any other topics.

ES: What kind of stories would you never write?

OGF: I have read a few forced sex stories, but am not interested in doing one, and sex between family members is not my cup of tea at all. Never wanted to do my mother, father or sister. I would probably never write about an old guy in Florida being seduced by a Rhonda Fleming or a Jayne Mansfield type, either. Just kidding.

ES: And do you read, and respond to, other writers on the site? Who are your favorites?

OGF: Do I read? How about every day! I used to be a lurker, I guess the term is, but now having received feedback, if I like a story I will tell the author. My favorites go back a long way, J Boswell, KK, TonyTony3, Tony8888 and his classic "Discovering My Nasty Wife" - he promised a follow up but never did it. Lisa&Eric, rsqman69 and, of course, yours. Lots more but we don't have room. I like the Sharing Wife stories without the bad outcomes.

ES: Do you remember the first pornography you ever saw?

OGF: A high school mate loaned me a book in my junior year. Before that, I would sneak some of the books my Father would get from the Church library. He like Historical novels, and my mother claimed that the female Librarian got sex books for him. Actually they were books like Edison Marshall's Yankee Pasha. Women on the covers with low cut dresses.

ES: What's the kinkiest thing you have ever done?

OGF: A threesome with another guy and my ex-wife. Not so kinky, though; we just took turns. She had unlimited climax ability, so we would cum and get off of her, the other would take over, and when he was done I would go back. We did this at least twice each maybe three times. I think we were also fueled by alcohol and pot.

ES: Do you have any fantasies that you would like to fulfill?

OGF: There is little I have not done, but of course I would love to hear my wife tell me about current conquests.

ES: What is a major turn on for you during sex?

OGF: Thinking about my wife having sex with someone else. Physically, I still find my wife to be very hot and that helps, although ED has kind of set the limits on what we can do but we both enjoy it. Calling it "Old People Sex"

ES: How about a major turn off?

OGF: I'm a man, not much could turn me off! Oh, once I was with a "Southern Belle" and she lay there like a log, hands at her side, waiting for me to do something. That was a major turn off.

ES: How long does it take for you to write a story? Could you talk us through the process?

OGF: Hour or two, usually. I started this latest run by thinking about the consultant and the man she had the short term relationship with, and started writing about the consultant first. I guess at that point, the flow started. The Dani Herbert series came from my wife and I's Grad School experience. I think Dani will be the nom de plume for my wife in the future. Except that she is not writing the stories.

ES: What do you think is the best story you have published here?

OGF: The Janitor and The Date, I guess ,that is two... but I like the "Short But True" stories and Harry ones, too.

ES: Is there anything else you would like to say to the readers of this interview and your fans? Now is your chance...

OGF: To the ES readers, I appreciate that fact that we don't have the PC police running around and calling people names. It is fine to criticize the work, but if you don't like Slut Wives, it is easy to avoid the subject. I can't understand why people would read a subject they think is bad.

ES: Finally, do you have a website or a blog, where your fans can visit and maybe learn more about you?

OGF: No, but they can e-mail me if they want!
