Following hot on the heels of my last interview, I finally got the chance to nail down one of the up and coming females on the site LoveAshli, she has 15 stories on the site and sits just outside the top twenty of favourite authors. specialising in exhibitionist stories. Tell us about you:

Question: First tell us something about yourself, like name, age, and some other things we would like to know about you...Let’s call it a short bio.

LoveAshli: My name is Ashli, well at least part of it is. I’m in my early 30s, married and have two wonderful young daughters. I took a few years off to be a stay-at-home mom, but have recently returned to the workforce in management consulting. I jokingly call myself a MILF in training, following the role model of my mom. She may be in her 50s but I think she’s one hell of a sexy lady, even for a married grandmother.

Question: What are you wearing right now?

LoveAshli: Well, this one is a two-part answer, because I started this on a Saturday night, but didn’t get to finish it until Monday afternoon. Saturday -- It’s late here so I’m dressed for bed. We put the little ones to bed a few hours ago, so the hubby and I got to spend some time relaxing and making love earlier tonight. He’s fast asleep now, so it gives me some time to work on my interview. I’ve slipped back on the gown I was wearing earlier. It’s a red satin gown that goes down to my ankles, with spaghetti straps, a low back and a slit up the left leg. Monday – been enjoying the last of the warm weather. Wearing a strapless bra, white tube top and a denim miniskirt (and barefoot right now).Up to you to guess if there’s anything under the skirt.

Question: What do you like the most about writing erotic stories?

LoveAshli: The responses. Honestly, if I didn’t get the feedback and emails from all of the sweet people who enjoy my stories and share their own experiences and desires with me, then it wouldn’t be that much fun to write.

Question: Does your spouse or significant other know you write, and if so, what does he/she think?

LoveAshli: I’ve never told him. I don’t think I will. I like having this little secret with my fans, sharing intimate parts of my life with only them. Besides, my bubby is rather conservative, so I’m not sure he would respond too favorably.

Question: Is it difficult for you to keep your writing life separate from your professional life?

LoveAshli: Sometimes. If time were infinite, I would want to spend more time writing stories, actually getting to be creative and start writing more erotic fiction. The worst is finding the time to respond to the emails. I love hearing from fans and I enjoy writing back to them, chatting online, keeping up my MySpace page, but the demands of working, being mom and a wife take their toll. I just try to find a happy balance that gives me the chance to enjoy my erotic side.

Question: How did you come up with your ES nickname?

LoveAshli: I had been trying to create a web email address for a few days, and couldn’t come up with any combo I liked. It was actually the web mail site that suggested the combination. I used it in a few chat rooms (that was back in 1999) and it seemed to work well. I just stuck with it from there.

Question: What brought you to EroticStories.com? What made you want to stay and become a part of it?

LoveAshli: I remember first learning about it from someone I had been chatting with. He suggested it was a cool place to check out. But what I really liked about this site was the sense of community. Sure, other sites charge to read the stories, but if you contribute just one story or experience, then you can read everything for free. So more people on this site have a vested interest in seeing it grow. I tried a few other sites, but that aspect wasn’t there, and it really makes a difference. I know when I post a new story on ES, there will be a few sweet people who will drop me an email the moment they read it.

Question: What is your favorite part of your body? Why?

LoveAshli: I'm going to pass on the standard “eyes” and go with my legs. I try to take care of them and avoid any flab riding the stationary bike. Plus, I admit I use my legs to get attention….every woman does. The simple act of uncrossing and crossing my legs in a skirt can get a man’s attention; whether at home, at a bar or at work.

Question: If you could change one thing about yourself what would it be and why?

LoveAshli: My voice. I really don’t like it. Wish I had a more sensual and lustful tone.

Question: Boxers v Briefs? / Panties v Thong?

LoveAshli: For my men, I prefer briefs. I like the way they outline their tight bodies, especially their cocks. Question: What do you like the most about writing erotic stories?

LoveAshli: The response I get from people that read it. The minute those emails stop coming is the day I stop writing.

Question: How long have you been writing now? How did it all get started and what made you write your first story?

LoveAshli: I wrote my first story over 5 years ago, and posted it on ES as my first attempt at writing. I had been chatting with a guy for 2 years and we became rather close online. I used to tell him some of my experiences with my husband. He thought the story of making love to him while subtly teasing another man was very hot. So at his suggestion, I wrote down the story and submitted it just for kicks. The reaction was a wonderful surprise….I had no idea I would get any feedback. But over 4,000 people read that first story, and then my writing career began.

Question: What categories are most of your stories in? What kind of stories would you never write?

LoveAshli: I tend to write from real life experiences, and not so much fantasy. Many fall into the area of exhibitionism, masturbation and one-on-one. I also took my hand at fiction with a challenge story not too long ago. I probably wouldn’t find myself writing stories about bondage or domination.

Question: Which story is your personal favorite, the one you enjoyed writing the most, and/or the one holds the best memories or feelings for you?

LoveAshli: The most vivid feelings come from ‘Evening Alone With My Husband’ which was about my first time trying anal sex. I still remember that night, as I was all “dolled up” for the first time in a year and felt very empowered by offering up my body to the man I love. I remember as we were making love how I couldn’t wait to write about it and see other’s reactions. The other story that’s very special to me is ‘My Evening All Alone’ as I shared part of my hidden desires to be with other people.

Question: Have you ever gotten so turned on while writing that you had to stop to masturbate? What story was it?

LoveAshli: Yes. Normally I try to wait to treat myself until after the story is finished, but with ‘Wanting Your Cock Inside Me’ I couldn’t wait. After writing about my second climax I was way too aroused to continue. I had to stop and take a break before I could continue.

Question: Do you write from fantasy or true stories or a combination of both? Please explain or give an example.

LoveAshli: Mostly true stories, but I have dabbled with fiction. I wrote ‘From his office to my dreams’ as a Christmas present for an online BF.

Question: Are the characters in your story based on real people, did you make them up, or are they a combination of both?

LoveAshli: Always me. I like to think I’m the best character I could create.

Question: What parts of "Yourself" do you put into your characters?

LoveAshli: As much as I can. Part of the thrill is sharing as much of me as I can with the reader. I want them to get to know the real “me” so I try to keep it as real as possible. Sure I get comments from people who want to see me write about the time I took on the entire football team, but that’s not me (well, I did fool around with 2 guys at the same time in my freshman year, but I’ll save that for a story).

Question: If there was one trait you could take from one of your characters in your stories, and put it in place in your real life, what would it be and why?

LoveAshli: The willingness to be open and honest about my sexuality with people in real life as I do in my writing.

Question: How long does it take for you to write a complete story? How does the process go?

LoveAshli: Most take a few hours, usually over a day or two. In the weeks beforehand, I try to think of an experience that would be interesting to share. If something spontaneous happens, like the time I masturbated on the airplane, then I try to write it down as soon as I can.

Question: How do you come up with your story titles?

LoveAshli: I don’t get overly fancy with titles. I just want them to convey what the reader has in store for them.

Question: What is the hardest part of writing a story?

LoveAshli: Sometimes worrying what the readers will think. Some stories that are very expressive, ones that I find enjoyable, may not have the same impact with the reader. Sometimes I post a story and see it’s a dud, and then I remove it ‘cause I’m embarrassed about the result.

Question: Have you ever done research for a part of a story you didn’t have any knowledge about or maybe for a sex scene?

LoveAshli: Sort of. When I planned to have anal sex the first time, I read up about it online and practiced. In the story, I mentioned one time I practiced, but it was actually dozens of times over almost two weeks. I wanted to make sure I was ready to have him inside me, and be comfortable with the experience.

Question: If a movie was ever made of one of your stories, which story would you want it to be, and who would play the lead characters?

LoveAshli: My first would be my choice, as it opens the door to adultery and my secret inner desire to be with two men. I wouldn’t mind being the star, so I could get away with having two men at once and not consider it “cheating” ;)

Question: Do you have any secret stories you don’t want to publish for the public? Do you publish your stories on other sites besides EroticStories.com and if so, why? Have you ever been published on paper?

LoveAshli: Never been published on paper, but I have posted some of my ES stories on my MySpace blog. I have thought about posting some cybersex chat sessions I’ve done over the years, but didn’t know how they might go over.

Question: When you receive negative comments do you just ignore them, build from them, or let it put a negative image over the story itself, and let it hinder your writing?

LoveAshli: Sometimes it does. I got one bad comment about a story that involved flirting with 2 men at a dance club, while my hubby was watching. I felt so bad I removed the story.

Question: Do you also enjoy reading erotic stories? Which categories do you enjoy the most? Do you like true stories or fantasies?

LoveAshli: I also enjoy real experiences and not the ones so far fetched, they’re impossible to picture happening. But my favorite is three-way and group sex stories, as I’ve always fantasized about being with several men at once.

Question: Do you vote on other author's stories? How do you decide what score to give when you do?

LoveAshli: I rarely vote on stories, unless they are soooo good. In those instances, I’ll usually drop a note to the author and thank them for sharing such a wonderful story.

Question: Do you send other author’s comments or feedback on their stories?

LoveAshli: When it really turns me on, I let them know.

Question: Do you have a favorite author on ES? What makes them your favorite?

LoveAshli: That has to be Jennifer O I just love her writing style and her vivid imagery. I can see myself packed in that car, being made love to by all 3 men. I’m sad that she hasn’t posted anything new in quite some time.

Question: When you read a story do you: A. Touch yourself and come around the same time one of the characters do? B. Touch yourself but wait for the end to come? C. Touch yourself but wait until after you finish the story to come, such as after going to bed? D. Not touch yourself until you are finished and then continue thinking about the story and come? E. Any other variation you may do? (Please tell us what it is)

LoveAshli: I will touch myself to stimulate things as I write, but – for some rare circumstances – I will wait to climax until after I’ve finished writing. It’s sort of a present I give to myself for a job well done.

Question: Do you enjoy the visual side of erotica, as in porn movies or pictures? If so, do you have any favorites?

LoveAshli: I love female erotica, photos that explore the hidden beauty of the female, and even male body. I do watch adult movies with my husband and group sex scenes are my favorite.

Question: Do you remember the first pornography you ever saw? Tell us about it?

LoveAshli: I don’t remember the movie but it was with Janine Lindemulher and she excited me. Here were all these men in the den watching this movie and she had them all captivated. They all stopped joking and laughing and really quieted down to watch her. For her, porn was an art form.

Question: Have you ever participated in erotic photography? If so, please tell us about it. If not, would you rather be the photographed or the photographer?

LoveAshli: Just some causal photos over the years. Usually my hubby takes them as his pet fancy, but I have had a girlfriend take a few to surprise him with.

Question: Looking at your profile you have an erotic picture posted, is it really you ?and how far would you be willing to go for the benefit of your readers ?

LoveAshli: Sadly, the ES site only allows authors to have 1 photo posted, but I have many more posted on my MySpace page. Yes, it is me. And I’m willing to share many facets of my body. But for privacy, I cannot show my face.

Question: What do you wear to bed?

LoveAshli: I kind of answered this earlier, but I tend to wear open clothing to bed. The last thing you want to have to do before having sex is slip off a pair of sweatpants or something. Usually nightgowns, nightshirts or baby dolls.

Question: Do your sex life and writing have any correlation with each other??

LoveAshli: I try to reflect my real life sex in my stories.

Question: How would you rate your willingness to try new things in bed?

LoveAshli: I will do anything my husband ever asked me to do, and I think he knows that.

Question: What’s the kinkiest thing you have done in your life?

LoveAshli: I think having sex in the back of a limo, doggie-style, while the limo driver watched through the rear view mirror tops my list.

Question: Do you have any funny or awkward incidents that have happened to you during sex that you would like to share with your readers?

LoveAshli: Well, being in a costume, having sex in bed can be quite odd when you have very young children. My daughter, around age 2, walked in on us when I was dressed in a French maid outfit, riding my husband. I just told her that I was picking out my Halloween costume and daddy was helping. She seemed to buy it.

Question: Do you have any fantasies that you would like to fulfill?

LoveAshli: A gangbang with 4 or 5 men and just me.

LoveAshli: I love it. What’s wrong with expressing one’s sexuality, even if we’re alone. I’m a sexual person and I don’t mind being sexual.

Question: In bed or on the kitchen table?

LoveAshli: The bed is my realm. I have the bedroom decorated as my lair for romance and love-making. We have a stone table, so it can be a little cold to lie on. But why should we be limited to only locations inside the house? Why not outdoors or back in the car. I loved fooling around in a car when I was in high school. Why don’t we do that more?

Question: What is your favourite or most memorable moment in bed?

LoveAshli: My wedding night. Being undressed and made love to like a princess by the man I loved. I still fantasize about that evening. He fucked me so good that night, I can’t even count the number of times he brought me to climax. It was one of the few times I even squirted as I came. Question: Do you notice any differences between the "younger" writers on here, and between the "older writers" of this site?

LoveAshli: Somewhat, and maybe I’m starting to see that since I was a younger writer many years ago. Younger writers tend to write in fantasy while older writers seem to express more elements of their real lives (at least the ones I read most often). Not that it’s a bad thing, it’s just a choice of style.

Question: what are your pet hates when it comes to reading other writers works? and is there any advice that you feel would be helpful to new writers to help them on the way to success?

LoveAshli: Don’t forget the romance and foreplay. Too many people like to jump straight into sex. But as we all can relate, there’s that awkward moment while with someone just before we know we’re about to have sex that’s so special. That goes missing from too many stories.

Question: Is there anything else you would like to see on this website that you think could enhance it ? if so what and why?

LoveAshli: I would love to see audio recordings of the top stories. I wish I could find another lady willing to read and record my stories for people to enjoy (some like reading, others like to listen). As I mentioned earlier, I hate my voice, but I’d love to collaborate with another gal on that. I’ll even post those recordings on my MySpace page too.

Question: You are #21 on the “Top 100 favourite authors” list. How does it feel to know you have 184 people have voted you as one of their favorites?

LoveAshli: I’m honored. Knowing that so many people enjoy my stories is great. But the greatest honor I’ve gotten are the emails from the readers, especially women who say they wanted to try the same thing, or they tried my trick and wanted to share the results. That makes it all worthwhile.
