I can honestly say that at 45 years old, I must have the suckiest job in the world. I manage a grocery store in a small California town. I have to be at the store at 5 in the morning just to prepare for the usual morning rush. And to make the matter worst, I have employees who have little or no respect for their jobs. I have stock clerks who comes to work as they please and cashiers who comes to work when they're ready. But there is one cashier that used to cause the most problems. That is until we reached an agreement. Her name is Shawna.

Shawna is a 20 year old African American brat. She had only been employed by me for 2 months and already she missed 4 days of work without calling in.
