I wrote Sweet Revenge as a joke, after many e-mails with another author. She was upset about receiving poor vote results for some of her stories that we both thought were really good. Sweet Revenge was terrible but at last count, it had received three 10 votes. At one time with about 10 votes, it had an average of almost 8.0. Come on, it didn't deserve a vote of 1. It contained everything that irritates me about some of the stories we had discussed. I used they're, their, and there interchangeably and never in the right context. I even substituted red for read and reed for read. The tenses of the verbs were bounced around, from present tense to past and back again, sometimes even in the same sentence. It contained capitalized words that are not words to denote cries and moans of passion, i.e., OOOOOWWWWWOOOO that I really hate and this is the last time that you will ever see that on one of my pieces. I am better than that. For all of you who wrote to me anonymously had have had the balls to include a return address, you would have already known the truth, But since you don't and didn't, maybe now you will understand. So, vote if you wish, I know how you are, and for you so called authors who give bad votes to make your tripe look better, go ahead, I really don't care. Write to me if you wish, I encourage all kinds of feedback, and I will answer you with my honest opinion. Even if feedback is negative in a positive manner, it is appreciated, I am trainable.
