After they finished lunch and had the dishes cleaned up, Harriet took Frank into her husband's study, where the computer was set up. She was wearing her pink fleece robe and the young man was wearing a pair of pajama bottoms and a T-shirt. Neither of them felt the need to get dressed any more than that. "I don't use the computer much," she explained. "Actually, I'm not sure I can get on the internet by myself. The few times I did it back when I was getting my degree, Jeremey helped me."

"I can get on line," Frank told her. The computer sat on an ornate cherry finished computer desk behind the large cherry desk her husband had purchased when he set furnished his den. It was his room and the furnishings were, as far as Harriet was concerned, much too masculine for her taste. She normally spent very little time in there except for when she was cleaning and dusting. Frank sat down in her husband's big leather office chair, swiveled it around, and pushed a couple of buttons on the computer. There was a whirring noise, then the screen lit up and began doing things Harriet didn't understand at all. "There, we're all set," the young man said. He put his hand on the mouse and Harriet watched the little arrow on the screen move. More things she didn't understand happened and the way the computer screen looked changed. "Oh wow!" Frank exclaimed. "You got cable internet access, right?" ...
