Graduation Night

I was 17 and I had just graduated from high school. My mom had planned a boring not to mention lame family graduation party. I tried to protest but she wouldn't budge. Finally we reached a compromise...if I would spend 2 hours at the party she would let me go out with my friends. So my best friend Sandy and I spent the required 2 hours at the party.
