Not just another day at the office

It had started off as just another day at the office. It was wet and miserable outside, despite it being summer, and the atmosphere in the office mirrored the weather exactly. With the weather being as bad as it was, people tried to get as much done to take their minds of it. However, this was not always easy and sooner or later people's minds began to wander from their tasks at hand.

It was during one of these 'wandering' sessions, that my thoughts turned to 'her', the young telephonist who had just started working here to get some money over the summer vacation.
