She laid, watching his face as he slept. His snore measured the depth of his slumber. Even in his sleep his handsome face had a mystique, an allure, that that she could no longer deny. One smile or one look from him and the fire in her was ignited. In as much as she had tried to resist it, she could no longer hide it. He'd come to know her so well.

She'd been on the job mere minutes, no where near settled in, when the phone in her office rang. Before she could say hello she heard, "Congratulations little one." She giggled.

She knew immediately who it was. The "little one" left no doubt. He wasn't in the office with her, but she saw his face, his broad smile, and those eyes. "Awwww, Thank you" she giggled again.

"Tell ME something Krissy."

"Sure."

"Why did you giggle just now?"

Another giggle, "It's the way you called me little one, Do you call everyone, little one?" ...
