Liz MacRay: Billy's partner of six months; high school guidance counselor. Tommy Spencer: early 20s; social worker. Georgina "Georgie" Sands: mid 20s; Billy's step-cousin.

As we piled out of the Jeep Cherokee into the darkness, Billy Jones headed straight for the generator house to crank up his "trusty old Honda." Tommy gave me a light, secret hug, then followed Billy to give him a hand.
