As wild and unpredictable as the times were in 1977 across America, for those living the highlife in New York City that fateful year, those 12 months would indelibably be engrained into the psyche for all eternity. 1977 was a year where what was real and what wasn't, took a backseat to how the visceral gut reaction of how it all felt.
