Greg Simpson is 27, single and bored. He had finished work early that Friday afternon at the solicitors where he worked.He had spit up with his girlfriend Sarah a few weeks before and she had moved out of the flat he lived in. Now, as he started the walk home to his flat he decided to take the short-cut through the woods which saved him walking an extra half mile along the road. Greg was fairly good-looking and he noticed women looking at him often when he was out with Sarah. He enjoyed the attention but loved Sarah and now he had just about got over her he wanted to move on with his life, plus he missed the sex. As he walked along the dirt plath which wound beneath the trees he noticed something lying just off the side of the path. It was a shopping bag. And there was something shining in it. Normally Greg would have ignored it and carried on walking but curiousity took control and he moved nearer for a closer look. Greg leaned over the bag and made out what looked like a ring shaped object - it was gold in colour and had strange foreign writing on it.Greg looked around but there was no-one to be seen so without thinking he picked up the object and studied it closer. It was a bracelet of some kind and it kind of glowed, the writing on it looked arabic or at least from the Middle East. Greg decided that he may as well keep it as it may be an antique or something as it looked unusual, almost mystical. So he put the bracelet in his pocket and continued his journey home.
