My husband, Andy, and I had only been married for a year, but already we were starting to have a few problems. We were almost complete opposites--he was very social and friendly, while I tended to be shy and withdrawn, even from his friends. Lately I'd been having a problem with Andy speaking for me in public, even when the person we were talking to spoke directly to me. We were also going through financial problems because the economy left both of us unemployed. We were opposites physically as well. Andy was a big guy, weighing in at 275 pounds and standing at only 5'9". I, on the other hand, was about 5'1" and 130 pounds.
