Last summer I decided to join an exercise group that had started up in my apartment complex. The first few sessions were very hard. I had let myself go and was very out of shape. I was not used to all the physical exertion that we were putting into the class sessions.

Ann, the lady who was teaching the classes, was older than me by quite a few years. She looked very good for her age which I thought to be about fifty. She had so much energy it was amazing. After the third session Ann walked over to me and said "Hi Kristi. You look like you are really struggling to keep up. I would have thought you were in a lot better shape by how good your body looks.". I told her that I was really out of shape and that the sessions were causing me a lot of soreness and it was hard to get up in the mornings after a session. She told me she had a solution for that and asked me to go with her to her apartment.

We talked on the way about some of the others in the class. When we got to her apartment Ann introduced me to her husband Jeff. Jeff looked to be about her age and had some gray in his hair and in his moustache. Ann motioned me to follow her and we went down the hallway into one of the bedrooms. Instead of a bed, there was a massage table in the center of the room. Ann told me to put my stuff in the corner and then she told me to come with her.
