Rosemary plays Marilyn Monroe, Chapter 1

Her call seemed curious, inviting me for lunch. We have known each other for about 5 or 6 years, our kids played in soccer, hockey, baseball etc. Her husband suddenly left her for another woman just over two years ago and a mutual friend Tim, had been keeping me up to date. I was always willing to watch her across the room and looked for opportunities to chat with her, especially in the summer. She is 45ish with a DD size bust, slightly nieve smile and always dressed classy but a bit sexy, especially since her husband left her. In the summer her clothes seemed to fit just a bit tighter and show just a bit more. Her name was Rosemary.

It's been about a year since we last met, I had interviewed her for a job and genuinely recommended her for the position but she accepted another offer. Tim's wife was one of her best friends. When I mentioned her call to Tim, he smiled and quipped, "I wondered how long it would take?"
