I had just moved into my new apartment, and as usual, I was having a hell of a time with both the front office and the utility companies. Now, the electric company wanted a letter from my landlord for credit purposes. While my landlord was a fair guy, he wasn't the kind of person you wanted to talk to on a regular basis. With mixed feelings of dread and anger, I stepped into the office to get what I needed.
