Mary's trouble began when husband Paul hired a man to clear some brush from the rear of their remote canyon home in Southern California.

Paul was a prominent attorney and, at 44, was ten years older than his wife. They had been married for six years, and everything was going well except that lately they had been having sex only once a week, if that. Mary had tried to convince herself that it was all she wanted. If it suited Paul, it suited her. And yet she found herself looking at other men-younger men who seemed a little wilder-studs, you might say.

The guy who was cutting brush in Mary's back yard was perhaps 28 and definitely a stud. Big, with bushy blond hair, he worked shirtless, showing off his bulging biceps. His jeans rode low on his slender hips, revealing the top of his boxers. Unlike hubby Paul, he had no belly to speak of.

On this particular morning, Mary was trying to keep busy with a few small tasks around the house.
