Life is not just good.......its GREAT. Part 2

Here I sit on the balcony overlooking the beach again. I am again lost in thought about the happiness with my life. I am committed to a wonderful woman, have an awesome job, a beautiful home and a smile everyday. The last time I was sitting on this balcony, pondering my future, I asked her to marry me. It has been an unbelievable 14 months. At this point in our lives, I don't think that life could get any better than it is right now. Here's what happened 3 months after the day she said yes.

The day is here. The day for our commitment ceremony. We had decided to walk down the aisle together. Desi had made all the plans. She enjoyed being in control of everything. She asked about some of the decisions, but this was mostly her creation. She agreed to let me plan the ‘honeymoon'. She had chosen a black tuxedo for me to wear. She found a tailor that made me a feminine cut tux. So there I was, dressed in the tux and waiting for her to appear.
