Her paper gown no longer served much purpose her tears had made the bodice more transparent than any wet T-shirt. Kathy no longer cared, she had lost any hope of decency hours before. When they first handed her the gown that seemed so small, Kathy tried to make it cover her feminine form. She tried tying it a hundred different ways. Kathy even made attempts at holding the open back together, but it was hopeless. She had spent her day flashing her ass to every doctor, intern, patient, candy stripper and janitor that walked the halls of St Mary's Hospital.

During her day the doctors had peeked, poked, popped and spread every orifice in her body. Her exposed bosom was just one more small loss of dignity Kathy had to put up with.

Kathy tried to stop her sobbing as the Doctor entered the room. He was young for a Doctor probably close to Kathy's age. He had a goatee and wore dark horn rim glasses. He had a familiar cuteness that Kathy just couldn't place.

"Well Kathy, I believe we have good news," The Doctor said as he tried not to notice Kathy's disheveled condition.
