Over the next few weeks John met with Marty a few times and the two men had come up with a plan that would knock Karen's socks off. Marty had told John exactly what he should do to get ready for the evening, including leaving work early to prepare. They had also decided exactly what items John would need to pick up in order to make the evening a success.
