"The Adulterous Wife"

My wife Shari took a week's vacation to meet me upon the return of the carrier battle group to the East Coast. With three weeks annual vacation remaining I decided to drive her back home to the mid-West and spend some time with our children while she returned to her job.

The underlying motive was to check out the new Gin Mill, a barn converted into a dance hall. More importantly, this barn is where my wife succumbed to an adulterous life-style convincing me to agree to a mutually open marriage whether together or apart. In addition I was consumed with an insatiable curiosity to check out this guy named Bob who "popped my wife's second cherry."

The place was an old red barn out in the middle of a field, which had been converted into a dance hall. There were three bars in the joint, and tables all around a giant dance floor in the middle. Country was the music of choice, as were the dances as well.
