After putting Bill on the plane to go home and put his affairs in order the three of us had a lot of talking to do. Pet was very much in love with Bill. By the end of the week it was easy to tell that Bill was not only in love with Pet but worshiped her. I don't know if a pet can have a pet but when we were not around Bill was her puppy dog. He would follow her anywhere and do anything she said. As far as Bill was concerned the sun rose and set because of Pet.

It would take about three weeks for Bill to get everything in order, rent a truck and drive back. We had a lot to do as well. Pet stopped taking her pills. I told them we were going to have to get a bigger house. What I didn't tell them is that Bill would design and build our new house. Kathy and I talked a lot during that three weeks and we both agreed that one week was not long enough to know if we wanted Bill as the father of our baby. We like the guy a lot but this is a major decision. We know it is the right thing for Pet.

Soon it was close to the time Bill would be back. We only had three more nights that it would be just the three of us. After Saturday all our lives would change forever. Life would never be the same.
