It was the weekend, one of Rain's favorite times; Michael spent the night on the weekend, curled warmly into her bed. She loved watching him sleep in her bed, the way his chest rose softly with each breath he took. Rain slid carefully out of the bed not wanting to disturb him, she had a few calls to make this morning, which she'd told Master and had been excused from her usual morning duties. Though she had a surprise planned for Master after she finished her calls. Rain quickly made her calls, and then prepared a steaming cup of coffee, leaving it and a cream cheese croissant next to the computer where she knew Master would come to check his email first thing after he'd awoken. She then hurried off to check on Master one last time before finishing her preparations.

Michael slide seamlessly from sleep, arching his body like a huge panther, as he stretched. A soft sigh escaped his lips as he slid over the soft cotton of Rain's sheets and padded to the bathroom. Ten minutes later he shuffled groggily out of the bathroom steam escaping from the open door behind him, wrapped in the robe Rain had bought for him, he ran his hands lightly through his wet hair. He glanced briefly at Rain's office, but decided to leave her to her work; she'd be done more quickly if he wasn't distracting her.
