I am not really sure how my company,Digital Integrated Networks, got the account. My job was to make sure we kept it. The Brisbane Daily Courier is one of the Rupert Murdock owned newspapers.My assignment was to design a new phone system which would give them greater flexibly and a faster response time to incoming calls.

I just walked around for the first day,talking,asking questions, and getting a general feel for the present system and the problems it caused.
