Tonya slowly looked up from her full house and carefully eyed her opponents. It wasn't a very sure hand, but she had a good feeling about it. Directly across the tent, Bryan sat cross-legged on his sleeping bag, showing his serious side, looking much like an Indian chief in the middle of trade negotiations.

If he were any other person she might have been a little apprehensive to call his bluff, but seeing how they'd been best friends since grade school, she knew him better than anyone. Including his two, very hot, very tanned, fraternity brothers, Shane and Todd, sitting beside him.

Tonya hadn't missed Bryan's lying eyes glancing to the left, which always gave away his secret when he was telling a lie. She'd been able to read every move the guys were making all night. She grinned as she pulled the entire pot her way again, for the third night in a row.

This was getting to be child's play and she wondered when her luck would run out. Tonya knew it took skill to play the game, but she also knew that it wasn't always enough. The last time the four of them played poker, Tonya had walked away sixty bucks richer. Now, none of the guys took very well to losing, so they hatched a plan to win back their losses. This plan involved Tonya, Bryan, Todd, and Shane, in a five-night poker match, during spring break, at their favorite campsite high in the Rocky Mountains.
