At ten sharp, Sarah and Brandi parked in the front lot of North County Mall, picking that place because neither had shopped there. San Diego was big enough they felt secure about not running into "friends or relatives" while on the prowl. As usual, Brandi took the lead.

"Let's check it out, Sarah. They must have all the stores just like Fashion Valley and LVTC. It's going to be difficult for me to stay on budget. You know me and shopping. It's so easy to buy more than I need. Let's do lingerie first. I'm always in the market for underwear. My hobbies are hard on my panties."

As usual, Brandi's sense of humor made Sarah giggle as she moved into step with her slightly shorter roommate, heading for the lower level mall entrance. It had already been warm when they got out of bed, a sunny day promising only to get hotter.
