I was just hanging out in the library catching up on some English literature for my college course. When this guy named Tony Marlins ask if he could join me.

I could tell he was a jock, by the way he was built: muscular arms and legs. And this made me terribly suspicious. But I had my reasons. No one ever talked to me. I was socially a non existent person. Even a loser gets noticed, harassed and talked to more than me. But he was talking to me. I know, because I checked to see if he was talking to anyone behind me.

"It's a free country." I replied casually and kicked a chair on the other side out from beneath the table smoothly. He almost looked impressed.

"What are you studying?" Tony asked giving me a dazzling smile. I noticed his teeth were extremely white.

"English Lit, for my Literature class." I said beginning to feel nervous. I doubt they wanted to know about me studying.

"Do you need any help researching anything?"

"I guess, but it seems every college student has decided to do some studying today as well." I said with a sigh. ...
