The sunlight shone through the Venetian blinds, waking me early the morning after my hot night with Sam. I opened my eyes feeling weary from the night before. I started to stir in bed, feeling Sam's body against mine and his arm wrapped around my waist. I smiled to myself, pressed my naked body against his and basked in his scent. The air conditioner was turned up on high, I hadn't noticed the night before how cold it was in the room. I secretly thanked myself for his body heat. I looked over on the nightstand to focus on the blurry numbers. It was 6:10 in the morning and I was awake. I didn't want to move, he felt so good next to me. I could've stayed there a few more hours if we didn't have to go to work soon.
