Customer Service at the Bank

I went over to my local bank early one Saturday morning to take care of a few things. I was a bit leery about keeping a lot of money in this bank account and I wanted to go talk to the manager about it. I arrived at about ten o clock in the morning and the bank was very busy. It was actually more of a booth than an office. I walked around and asked whom I was supposed to talk to about the problem I was having. One of the tellers called the manager on the phone and told her that I wanted to talk to her. I was told to wait a few min and I would be attended to.

After about five min I saw the manager come from her office toward me. I recognized her from our days in high school.
