Marty had been working at the investment firm for about a year now. Things had been good for the five foot 2 inch brunette with wavy shoulder length hair; they had been a little too good. She had bought a new BMW 330ci with cash, a new Silver fox fur coat and had completely redecorated her apartment all within the last year. Her co-workers and fellow investment managers had not done as well as Marty and they didn't like the new kid on the block showing them up. Marty was used to getting her way she had a way persuading people, particularly men into doing what she wanted them to do. However, that was all about to change.

"Marty would you pull the Net Track software account file and bring it to my office" Mr. Keens call was short and to the point. Marty had a feeling this was going to be trouble, so she opened her briefcase and pulled the file then headed down the hall to the CEO's office. All of her other accounts files were kept in the credenza behind her desk or in the file cabinet out by the assistance area. The standard policy was not to let an investment broker have an assistant until they'd been with the company a year or they had a sufficient number of accounts to warrant one. Marty didn't currently have an assistant but was close on both counts.
