Helping a co-worker with some pics

It was a usually boring day at the shop and I just stood around bored out of my mind. We didn't have much work to do and I just pondered what I would do after work. It was Thursday and I didn't have any big plans. One more day until the weekend, and then I would probably just go out to a bar for a few beers. I walked out to my car and grabbed my camera off the front seat. I then went back into the building and played around with a few pics.

I was sitting in the corner taking pics of some equipment that we had in the shop so that I could get a bit more practice. I had recently gotten some picture taking equipment in my apartment and was hoping to some day launch a photo career. I had done a few rounds of pics already so I had an idea of what I was doing. I had put a small studio together in my back room of my apartment with a few couches and tables to take some pics of people who had asked me for them. I usually just took pics of friends so that they could get me more experience. As I sat playing with my camera, I hadn't noticed the woman inside the office looking out the window at me. I looked up and she just smiled and waved at me.

I went about my day, waiting until lunch so that I could go get something to eat. I went across the street to the diner and ordered some food. I sat at a table near the back and my food was served to me very quickly. I just sat and ate, as I fondled around with my camera ...
