I had recently met a very gorgeous real estate agent named Holly. And, being a normal guy, I decided to use her as my agent in my house search based entirely on the fact she was beautiful. The initial conversations we had were pleasant but professional. I wasn't able to tell if she had any interest in me beyond her commission. She had mentioned being in a relationship but hadn't gone into any further details so I didn't press her on it.

We had looked at a few houses she had found in my price range but nothing really jumped out as something I was dying to buy.

It was Wednesday afternoon and I was just getting ready to leave work when Holly called me and said she had found a house that she thought I'd really like. I wasn't really in the mood to go look at a house that evening but she seemed so excited on the phone I thought it was worth an extra hour before going home to unwind for the night.

Holly gave me directions and I recognized the neighborhood as one that was out of my price range but I didn't want to argue the point with her. Besides, she knew what I could afford so maybe she had found a great deal for me.
