Chapter 3 It Was Only a Kiss

Since that night in the club, both Aisha and Simone had tried to avoid each other as though the other came with a plague. It was odd since there was no real way to escape your room mate. It bothered Simone, because she felt as if she had sinned and couldn't repent for it for she felt no guilt. Aisha had sworn to herself she wouldn't touch the girl who reminded her of Nicole and yet she had broken that very rule. Both girls were confused as hell with them selves and didn't want to be near the other until they figured it out.

Finally one after noon while Aisha was washing the dishes and Simone folding her laundry Simone said, "We can't keep behaving like this. We are room mates after all."

"I agree." Aisha said as she wiped that last dish clean. "But what do we do about "our" kiss?"

"Put it in a memory box...well lets forget it ever happened." Simone said firmly, but her eyes told another story. Her eyes told that she had never shared a kiss as special or intimate as that and that she would probably remember it for the rest of her life.

"Pretend like it never happened." Aisha repeated.
