Story #6: THE DATE

Edward was hard at work one day, giving his usual massages, when Rose, the manager, informed him that he had a new customer in room C who needed a massage. When he entered the room, he was surprised to find it empty. He paused to think a second, verified it was the correct room, and then noticed a note on the massage table. He opened the note and was surprised to see a mysteries message which read "If you would like a treat, come to the ‘Wild Café' after work."

Edward smiled. The first thought that came into his mind was that one of the other workers was playing a trick on him. But a part of him wondered if there was any truth to that message, and if so, whom could it be from? Denise? But he had to discount that. Why would she want to have anything to do with him? She has been on his mind, but after her first two "visits" he had not seen her.

He went out to see Rose and asked her about his scheduled massage. Rose could only smile and say, "She did not leave a name. But trust me Edward, you don't want to miss it." Before Edward could question her, she walked away laughing.

Was this real? A joke? A prank?
