Standing beside the bed, Derek watched with nervous anticipation as Vicky gathered a number of items from her bags. His nervousness grew by leaps and bounds as she tossed them onto the bed beside him and he recognized several. Dropping his gaze to the floor as Vicky approached, he nearly pleaded with her once again but the words died in his throat as her hands caressed his cheek gently and she whispered, "Turn around."
