I stood by the doors of my high school, somewhat hidden by the old stone steps. I was leaning up against a wall trying to look casual, trying to look comfortable. The scene was right out of a B-movie the only thing that was missing was my fedora, a cigarette, and of course some rain. It was a windy fall day in New York with the leaves scattered about in multitudes. Well I don't control the weather but I might as well control my fate.
