I must have fallen asleep in the recliner while I was reading because when I woke up it was sunrise. The book I was reading was in my lap and the light was still on. I moved to get up and winced. I had forgotten about yesterday and was quickly reminded. I moved carefully from the recliner to the coffee pot. I wasn't nearly as sore as I had been last evening.
