There is no door to the sewing room. I walked right in on Grace wearing only the beautiful blue silk teddy I had been trying on for my mom. She just smiled; my mom turned and said quietly, "Chad, I do not need you right now. Go find Angela and show her the place. OK?" All that was left of the farm was the house and a small stable. The barn burned and the people who owned it did not want to rebuild. We rented out a place in the stable to our neighbor's old horse.
