"Ok," he said before strutting over to me. He grabbed the brown paper bags from my arms before I could even begin to form an objection.

"Thank you," I said, grateful to rid of the bags of groceries. "I appreciate it," I told him as I hurried to unlock my front door. I quickly stepped inside and moved out of his way so that he could enter my apartment. "You can just sit them on my dining table," I informed him, pointing to the large glass table that took up most my dining area. My body turned in his direction as he moved to the dining table and placed the bags lightly on it.
