It was a Monday morning. Cassie had attended an office meeting which dragged on and on. Why, she thought, do thay give you a six-page release for your information and then proceed to read it to you. Are they afraid you won't read it later? Of course they are. Anyway the document had little effect on her or her department, it was more a rehashing of the companys Mission Statement and future direction......."to be the best in our field and to boldly go where".....you get the picture.

Now back in her office, she looked up as Don popped his head in, "Hi Cassie, how's it going with Frank?" Cassie beamed at him, "really good thanks Don, I have you and Pammie to thank for that." Don shrugged, "Once the introduction is over it's all up to the pair of you, glad it's going well, have a good day".

Fifteen minutes later there was a knock on the door. Cassie looked up "Oh hallo Vanessa, come on in, what can I do for you?" Vanessa came in and sat at the chair facing Cassies desk. "Cassie, I want to talk to you about something and ask a favor, and it's not about work, OK?"

"No problem Vanessa, what's up?"

"Cassie, you know that my husband is overseas in the military right?"
