"May we come in?" Sue chimed. A gigantic, toothy grin was painted across her face, but it wasn't a fake smile—she was genuinely excited and happy. She and Andrea made their entrance through the doorway. Sue gave me a small kiss on each cheek, and Andrea followed Sue's example and kissed me on each cheek as well. Then they walked past me, and wandered into my living room. I followed them in.

Sue and Andrea sat together on my stone-colored leather couch. Sue had changed into a rather tight-fitting black top that was not terribly overt, but did show off her soft shoulders and neck, and a little bit of cleavage. She had also given up her khaki shorts for a black leather skirt, which did its part to reveal the longer part of her thighs.

"How about I pour us some drinks?" Sue began. She pulled out a bottle of Asti Spumanti from her bag. I volunteered to get the glasses, but Sue cut me short. "No problem," she intervened, "I'll get them." Sue's usual rotten bitch self was not here. Not on the surface, anyway. Sue left the living room and wandered away into the kitchen.

"So, Jay, do you have a girlfriend?" Andrea asked. My cheeks flushed and I looked away in embarrassment. I didn't know whether Andrea knew about Sue's intentions with Andrea.
