Melissa awakes on the last day of her holiday, feeling a mixture of relief and regret. The relief stems from the fact that as the week has progressed, she has found it harder and harder to deal with the absence of her husband and kids. As liberating and enjoyable as this holiday has been, she is aching at the thought of being reunited with her family the following afternoon.
