I woke up in the very comfortable bed in the suite at the ‘Le Sirenuse' hotel in Positano.

Dawn was rising and I felt the warm, wisp and lovely body of my Love, my female, close to me. It is a wonderful hotel and I remember how glad I had been when I many years ago for the first time could afford to stay here at the Amalfi coastline.

The aim for the trip was to meet an old friend of mine, Gianni. He had some months ago called me as he wanted to show me, as he said, something very interesting. We had arrived at the hotel late afternoon. It had been a leisure drive, avoiding the highways, through ‘La Campania' following the old Romans roads on which the Roman emperors often had return in triumph to Rome

Set on a hillside of romantic tropical gardens with superb palm trees, the Hotel overlooks the bay of Positano. After a nice dinner at La Sponda, the excellent restaurant of the hotel we had stretched our leg strolling down to the beautiful little port of Positano.
